He grew up in Hollywood and learned self-dependence at an early age. He seasoned into a rebel teenager and got kicked out of several private and public schools. In an effort to curb his youthful enthusiasm, he was sent to live in an orphanage in Mexico. After returning, he ran amuck with friends through the streets of Hollywood. Trying to get back on track, Dave joined the United States Army. He served in Korea and left the Army with an honorable discharge. He has always authored stories, written and played music to express his artistic side and channel his imagination.
